and both bedrooms, ceramic tile in the entrance hall,

white.

The entrance hall has a painted exposed brick wall and an
intercom. The living room sits at the corner of the unit,
with one window on the yard and another on the street. Both
bedrooms are closed, each with its own window, and the main
bedroom has a closet.

The kitchen is complete: wood cabinets, counters, sink,
window, refrigerator and stove included. The laundry room
is a separate room, with its own washer and dryer included
and a wall cabinet. The bathroom has a ceramic tub and

Electric baseboard heating. Electricity, heating, hot

tenant. Outdoor parking is available for rent, $35 per
month.

minutes' walk away, the Lachine Ouest recreation centre and

Brewster park 5 minutes. The bus stop is 5 minutes away,
the Saint-Joseph waterfront and its bike path about 7
minutes, the Lachine commuter train station 12 minutes, and
Highway 20 is close by. Collège Saint-Louis is about 11
minutes' walk.

Twelve-month lease, available five days after the promise
to lease is accepted, so immediate occupancy. Non-smoking,
no pets.

Every applicant is screened: Tribunal administratif du
logement, credit report, employer and previous landlord
references. The building regulations are signed before the
lease, and $2M civil liability insurance is required.
